HR MANAGER

Requirement:

• S1 Psychology/ Law/ HRM
• At least 5 Years of working experience in HR (Hospital) as Mgr / Kabag/ Kadiv
• Able to use psychotest tools
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & Presentation
• Mastering the creation of Manpower Planning, SOP, Job Desc, KPI
• Understand UUTK/UUCK, PKWT/PKWTT rules
• Able to handling Payroll and Attendance
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and influential skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Placement in Citeureup Kab. Bogor - & can join immediately
