Requirement

• Prefering Law or Psychology bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
• Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
• Knowledge of employment legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Ready for placement on sites.

Job Description

1. Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
2. Monitoring employee performance.
3. Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
4. Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
5. Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
6. Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
7. Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
8. ETC.
