HR Project Representative

• Placement; Prabumulih, South Sumatera
• Status: 1 year Contract

Mandatory Requirements;

• 3 to 5 years experience in HR Generalist / HR Operation

Activities;

1. Payroll Process (timesheet to calculations etc)
2. Recruitment Process (selection to onboarding etc)
3. Industrial Relations Process (contract - disciplinary -termination etc)
4. Personnel Administration (MCU, PPE, Crewing / Biz Traveling, Turn over, Absentee etc)
5. Training Process (Organizing, Renewal, administration etc)
6. Development Process (Performance Evaluation, Employee Rotation - Promotion / Demotion / Placement etc)
