PT. Massindo Karya Prima is now hiring for the role of:

HRD STAFF (Bekasi)

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor degree in any major, preferably from Psychology / Law / Human Resources Management
• Min. 2 years related experience in HR Division at manufacturing industries
• Experience in handle HR operation, such as employee presence, payroll, attandance, annual leave, and another related administration in HR duties
• Familiar with Ms. Office (especially excel formula)
• Tough, detailed, honest, firm and reliable
• Have good communication skills
• Placement in the Bekasi factory
