HSE Foreman

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma's Degree
• Having 2 years experiences as HSE in Manufacturing
• Understanding related regulations, HSE Procedure and Report
• Mastering the basics of HSE, Hazard identification, risk assessment and determining control
• Has a General OHS expert certificate and safety other certificates
• Have a strong leadership, communication skill, planning and enforcement, root cause analysis, and proactive persuasive
• Has English skill (written and speaking)
• Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java

Job Desc:

1. Manage Health, Safety, and Environment in the Company area
2. Make a IBPR, JSA, and another procedures
3. Control and avoid unsafe actions and unsafe conditions
