HSE Manager for Papua Site

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Engineering or a related field
• Has at least 15 years of experience in oil and gas industries and at least 5 years in leading an HSES team in construction / midstream
• Possess the certification of NEBOSH or Certified Safety Professional, or AK3Migas Supervisor Level or above
• Proven experience in training personnel through courses, workshops, job safety analysis, HAZOP, HIRA and other related HSE assessments

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Compliance - Manage and implement HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across site operations
2. Performance Monitoring - Track, evaluate, and improve overall HSE performance, including incident trends and corrective actions
3. Regulation & Standards - Stay updated with HSE laws, standards, and ensure workplace conditions meet requirements
4. Training & Certification - Plan, coordinate, and deliver safety training, certifications, and awareness programs
5. Risk & Safety Management - Lead risk assessments, support safety planning, and oversee incident prevention initiatives
6. Audits & Inspections - Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and evaluate contractors' HSE compliance
7. Incident Investigation - Manage reporting, investigation, and follow-up of accidents, incidents, and near misses
8. Reporting & Documentation - Prepare, maintain, and submit HSE reports, statistics, and documentation to management and clients
9. Emergency Preparedness - Maintain and executé emergency response plans, including drills with internal and external stakeholders
10. Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with project teams, management, clients, and third parties to ensure effective HSE implementation
