HSE Superintendent

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other relevant field
• At least 2 years of work experience as a Superintendent or 4 years as an HSE Supervisor
• Experience as an OHS Management System (OHSMS) and Mining Safety Management System (OHSMS) auditor
• Understanding of laws and regulations related to Occupational Health and Safety in the coal mining industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• Understanding and ability to manage reclamation, handling, and processing of hazardous waste
• Mastery of HSE business processes in the coal mining industry
• Ability to conduct audits and plan, implement, and supervise the implementation of OHS and operational safety programs in project areas
• Relevant certifications: AK3U, POM / POU, SMKP
• Willing to be placed at any of the company's project sites (Murung Raya, Kalimantan Tengah)
