HSSEQ Manager
Placement: Head Office, Jakarta

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years proven track record in HSSEQ leadership within offshore oil & gas operations, preferably in FPSO or FLNG environments
Preferably with NEBOSH (The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)
qualification or similar OSH qualification (IOSH, Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, or BCSP, Board of Certified Safety Professionals)
Indonesian certifications such as Ahli K3 Umum (General Safety Expert) or Ahli K3 Migas (Oil & Gas Safety Expert) certified by BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi)
Strong maritime or offshore operational background with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Comprehensive knowledge of international safety and environmental legislation, standards, and best practices Must be well versed with Indonesian regulatory requirements
Managed all aspects of environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions monitoring, and reporting to relevant government bodies
Proven experience in the formulation and development of safety-related documents within a Safety Management System (SMS) framework
Proven experience in CSO, DPA roles, Quality Auditing (Lead Auditor level), incident investigation, and emergency response management
Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English

Information:

Candidates must be willing to work at Jakarta Office, Kuala Lumpur Office and a shipyard in China and later at the operations site in Indonesia
The planning to assignment will be in 1st week of November 2025 up to May 2027 and high possibility to extend to Operation and Maintenance Period (7+7+4) years
