Requirement:

• Preferably Male with min. Bachelor's Degree majoring in Psychology/ Management/ Industrial Engineering
• Min. 1 Year Working Experience in Training & Development (Fresh Graduate with internship experience are welcome)
• Familiar with Talent Management and Organizational Development Practice
• Have good analytical skills, compiling concepts, presentations, and eager to learn independently
• Have good communication skill, leadership, and interpersonal relationship will be a plus
• High level of motivation and ability to work as part of a team. Have positive attitude and strong work ethic

SHE STAFF
Requirement:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, or fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 (Cum Laude)
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field, or fresh graduates with experience in SHE-related projects
• Strong risk assessment and analytical skills to identify hazards and implement safety improvements
• Good understanding of SHE regulations, compliance standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001), and best practices in workplace safety
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for SHE data analysis and reporting
• Willing to be placed in all areas of PT. Indoprima Gemilang

Japanese Speaker
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Japanese Literature, or related fields
• Proficiency in Japanese minimum JLPT N2 (JLPT N1 is preferred)
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Prior experience in an automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment

Mandarin Speaker
Requirements:
