Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Capital Management, Law, Engineering Industrial or equivalent
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in IT Company
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Capital or equivalent
Excellent of written/oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain a good working relationship with his/her subordinates
Good analytical thinking
With initiative, is proactive, and can work under pressure
Computer literate with strong excel and Powerpoint skills

Job Description:

Conduct all the recruitment processes for the candidates that are needed
Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report and all related staffing communication
Design procedures for employee recruitment and preparing recruitment facilities
Create, develop job descriptions & analyze qualifications for each position
Develops strategies and implements plans to source, attract, recruit select, and on-board high quality candidates
Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
Design and expand training and development programmes based on both the organization's and the individual's needs with superiors
Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return of investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with superiors
Evaluating training and development programmes
