HUMAN RESOURCES (FULL-TIME POSITION)

Placement: Malang, East Java

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field
• 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources
• Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation and BPJS
• Familiar with HR administration tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, disciplined, and responsive to employee needs
• Familiarity with psychological assessment tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI) is an advantage
