Human Resources Generalist

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field
• Have min. 1 year experience in human resources management or related field, fresh graduate are welcome
• Familiar with industry best practices and understanding of employment law
• Familiarity with HR technology, Human resource management systems, latest HR software
• Understand professional ethics, good communication skills and problem solving abilities
• Have problem solving abilities
• Experience in leading, motivating and managing teams is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Update new employee information, changes to employee information, employee transfers and dismissals (Recruitment, Orientation & Onboarding and Exit Interview)
2. Monitoring the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and Company Regulations
3. Conflict Management, Company Culture Development, HR Project Management
4. Carrying out training/ coaching/ counseling and sharing sessions (Employee Development)
5. Carry out the end to end recruitment process
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
