HVAC Supervisor
Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for HVAC and Building Vertical Transportation System in the Building Management
2. Manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of the Chiller Plant system, including detailed automation sequencing
3. Ensure that air handling systems such as IAF (Intake Air Fan), KEF (Kitchen Exhaust Fan), SEF (Smoke Exhaust Fan), and PF (Pressurization Fan) function properly
4. Master and handle the chiller plant pump system and cooling tower water treatment
5. Manage and maintain various types of cooling and heating systems
6. Know and be able to supervise the installation of ducting systerns
7. Master vertical transportation systems, such as: Elevator, Escalator, and Travelator
8. Read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams of HVAC systems
9. Analyze technical problems comprehensively and provide effective solutions
10. Understand and implement energy-saving concepts in the operation of HVAC and vertical transportation systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• Fluent in English is required
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Able to lead team effectively
• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable
• Preferably domiciled in the Jabodetabek area
• Good understanding of Distribution Panels
• Basic knowledge of Electricity
• Familiar with Power Calculations
• Familiar with HVAC system & room Temperature Calculations
• Familiar with Civil Engineering concepts
• Familiar with identifying & handling bugs (technical issues)
• Willing to be placed at District 8 - South Jakarta

Powerhouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:

1. Supervising the daily operations of power-generating facilities to ensure efficient energy production and distribution
2. Coordinating maintenance and repair tasks to prevent interruptions and prolong the lifespan of the equipment
3. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent incidents and maintain worker safety
4. Managing the training and development of staff members, fostering a skilled and knowledgeable team
5. Monitoring energy production and facility performance, making adjustments to operations as needed to meet energy demands
6. Preparing and adhering to budgets, controlling expenses to ensure economic efficiency in facility operation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering
• Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• Fluent in English is required
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Able to lead team effectively
• Responsible, discipline, and reliable

Security Supervisor
Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
• Minimum Gada Pratama certification
• Proficiency in office and residence security
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English is required
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and maintain relationships with relevant parties
• Priority for candidates from Jabodetabek

Job Description:

1. Create equipment function checklists (Metal Detector, CCTV, HT, Walk Through, X-Ray) and follow up
2. Create MPP Vendor Reports
3. Prepare materials and conduct training programs, create in-house security work schedules
4. Coordinate monthly meetings with contracted service vendors to review performance levels and anticipate necessary improvements
5. Create Incident Reports (if any) and check Incident Report Recapitulations
6. Conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance to vendors, as well as offering solutions to any issues that arise, both internal and external, to the Security Manager and Operational Manager
7. Checking monthly vendor attendance reports
8. Ensuring that all criminal cases and disciplinary violations are resolved thoroughly
9. Maintaining the confidentiality of company information and documents from external parties

Facility Attendant Supervisor
Job Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel & Hospitality preffered
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency additional languages is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Facility Staff at Property/ Real Estate / Apartment/ Hospitality
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the banquet field
• Good knowledge in communication, complaint handling, relationship management
• Have Building services knowledge especially in Apartment
• Service oriented, willingness to learn, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Representative, friendly and caring manner
• Priority for candidates from Jabodetabek

Job Description:

1. Able to handle complaints, requests, and expectations from tenants / owner
2. Maintained records and inventory of equipment and prepared reports related to the work
3. Conducts inspections to ensure that facilities are properly maintained
4. Organize and coordinate the use of all facilities for apartments residences

GSO Coordinator
Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Experience in Office Tower Reception
• Fluent in English and others languages is a plus
• Representative, friendly & caring manner
• Service-oriented, willing to learn, and has excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Deliver service excellence
• Handling Complaint & Customer Service
• Experience with EVA & LIA System
• Ready to work with shifting schedule
• Priority for candidates from Jabodetabek

IT Supervisor
Requirements:

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related major from reputable university
• Have minimum 3 years experience in related field
• Fluent in English is required
• Strong knowledge in SQL
• Have knowledge and experience in computer operation system, programming, installing software and hardware
• Proficient in troubleshooting IT hardware and software
• Has strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Responsible and discipline
• Priority for candidates from Jabodetabek

Responsibilities:

1. Perform main IT tasks
2. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, programs, application software and system management tools
3. Able to setup and configure security system and anti-virus to protect data, software, and hardware
4. Troubleshoots any IT technical issues
5. Perform testing of IT systems and debugging
6. Assist with PC setup, IT system, and access for onboarding of new users
