IT Functional Analyst Intern

Qualifications:

• Internship Program period start in June - July 2023.
• Intern period: 3-12 months.
• Work From Office.
• Final year student, Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/ IT/ Data Analyst/ Data Science/ Finance.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 / 4.00.
• Skill in Ms. Excel, basic knowledge in ERP/FSD development.
• Problem solving method & good analytical thinking.

Job Description:

1. Analyze business processes.
2. Create URS / Flow Process of IT System.
3. Create and update business process documentation.
4. Interpret data, build reports and analyze results using statistical techniques.
5. Support our Project Team in analyzing customer processes and in preparing functional documentation.
6. Develop business cases to determine business requirements.
7. Give ideas on how to improve our project performance, as well as the user experience.
8. Cross-functional collaboration with business, product, engineering, and analytics teams to understand design and opportunity area.
