IT SUPPORTS
(BASE IN BATAM-  SEPTEMBER 2022)

Responsibilities:

1. IT Network Management (Resolving in-house issue: Setup Wi-Fi Router and Satellite; Maintain network infrastructure.)
2. IT Software Management (Office365 (Windows or MAC OS); Backup and Manage OneDrive accounts; CRM System - liaise with the software developer, Manage VOIP: Setup and Manage Active Directory)
3. IT Hardware Management (Setup and Manage copier machine; Maintain computer / laptop and its peripherals: Manage IT Inventory, Manage Access Door / Fingerprint Setup and Manage CCTV)
4. Domain & Hosting Management (DNS configuration: Backup and monitoring: Maintain and update company websites (HTML only). Email Backup)
5. Liaising with company IT vendors as & when needed
6. IT Manual Documentation (New features, Incident report; Manual step. How-To in short video)
7. Preparation Employee On-Board (Setup laptop/PC Setup Microsoft Application, Setup Email, Setup OneDrive, Setup Office Phone Extension, Setup copier machine, Send a welcome note, Brief the new employée, Setup fingerprint / access door)
8. IT Support Day to day to all department

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Information System dan Information Technology (Teknik Informasi)/ Business Information System (Sistem Informasi Bisnis)
• Have minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with Software and Hardware of Personal Computers and Network Servers.
• Familiarity with Windows Operating System and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with PC hardware, Printer, Scanner, Peripheral Equipment, Mobile Devices (iOS, Android), network servers.
• Initiative and pro-active to provide any recommendation, control, and improvement. (idea/input)
• Meticulous, analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
• An ability to work with a diverse population and a demonstration of good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English for Daily Communication.
• Can join Immediately.
