• Fresh graduate or experience are welcome
• Able to operate Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
• Have a good communication skill
• Have a good analytical thinking, detail and assertive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Doing disciplinary action in the company area and impose sanctions
2. Carry out adjustments to employee in-out status
3. Conduct counseling and coaching to employees
4. Presenting absences including the percentage of absence, turnover & leave
