Lowongan Pekerjaan Laboratory Staff (Quality)

Job Description:

Upgrade lab capabilities through introduction and development of new process
Maintain laboratory quality system
Provide and manage lab facilities and services
Coordinate and manage lab test (QC Inspection, Technical, Certification) both for internal and external
Lead and manage lab staff to comply with regulation, as well as health and safety policies to guarantee the highest quality
Establish and maintain lab process system and procedure
Responsible for competency testing and ensure the adherence to document procedure

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree from Life Science / Pharmacy background. Pharmacist (Apoteker) is preferable
Fresh graduate may apply
Max.age of 35 years old
Effective English communication skills (reading, writing, verbal)
Ability to otganize and prioritize work for timely completion
Able to easily understand and follow complex instruction & worksheet
Able and willing to maintain strict level of confidence regarding laboratory results and record
Able to easily understand scientific journals review
Understand the workflow / managing a clinical trial
Good leadership
Able to work as a teamwork
Knowledgeable in cGMP/CPOB regualtion is preferable
Excellent Microsoft Office skill
Experienced in laboratory settings is preferable
