Legal Counsel

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Law
• Minimum 1 year experience in law firm is preferable
• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
• Proficient in English
• Placement: Jakarta

Key Roles:

1. Drafting and reviewing legal agreements, corporate approvals, and other legal documents.
2. Conducting legal research.
3. Maintaining administration of legal department including maintaining documentation and other documents.
4. Managing licenses and corporate documents of the group entities.
5. Liaising with governmental bodies.
6. Assisting on litigation
