LEGAL HEAD

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of legal works, i.e. giving legal advice, drafting and reviewing various agreements and legal documents
2. Prepare required reports accurately and in a timely manner
3. Manage the company's licensing and ensure its accuracy and timeliness
4. Handle legal issues related to business development, alliance management, litigation, corporate governance, and law
5. Stay up to date with regulations in the industry and advise the business accordingly

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00)
• Proven working experience min. 4 years as Legal Head, preferably in coal mining industry
• Experience in law firms or as a Corporate Lawyer will be an advantage
• Proactive and commercial approach to resolve complex and difficult risks or legal challenges while ensuring compliance with internal / external regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can join ASAP
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta
