Legal Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist legal department in conducting legal research and analysis on various legal matters
• Review and translate draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross
• Functional teams to provide legal guidance, data privacy and commercial contracts
• Assist in preparing or attending meetings and negotiations as required
• Organized legal files and documentation

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school, fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Professional and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to commit for at least 3 months period
• Have good interpersonal skills and willingness to take initiative
• Have strong attention to details and solution orientated approach
