Legal Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Conduct research on regulations related to business activities and new regulations that impact business activities
2. Provide a review of regulations related to the licensing process owned or required by Triputra Energi Group
3. Reviewing / drafting standard agreements that are routinely made by the company
4. Conduct KYC review of vendor / supplier / customer legality data
5. Manage legal database input
6. Coordinate with third parties (notaries, legal advisers) if necessary

QUALIFICATION

• Fresh graduate / last year student from law major with min. GPA 3.00 / 4.00
• Willing to work Monday to Friday at working hours with 4 days WFO and 1 day WFH
• Having experience in drafting agreement / writing legal research and participating in national / International competitions
• Fast respond, good attention to detail skill, and discipline
