Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Have experience in the same position for a minimum of 5 years (*1), 3 years (*2), and 1 year (*3)
• Have knowledge about FIDIC (*1 & *2)
• Prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of corporate law, legal ethics, procedural law, corporate governance, labor law, civil law, and risk management (*1 & *2)
• Willing to be assigned to the Kediri site with 8:1. roster system
