Legal Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male, maximum 27 years old
• Bachelor Degree majoring Law
• Have experience as a legal officer at least 1 year
• Have experience in managing permits for foreign workers such as arranging plans for the use of foreign workers (RPTKA) at online website, arranging visa through the online visa website
• Experience in handling Online Single Submission (OSS) Systems
• Mastering the regulations of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning manpower or other law related to manpower
• Understanding about company legal documents
• Able to make contract drafting
• Willing to work mobile
• Placement: Surabaya, East Java
• Can join as soon as possible
