Legal Officer

Job Description

1. Responsible for reviewing and drafting various legal agreements and supporting documents
2. Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant regulatory and legal issues
3. Ensure legal compliance for group companies, including periodic legal audits
4. Review company legal documents such as articles of association and other corporate documents
5. Work with the OSS system for licensing and regulatory submissions
6. Agreement review, research, Impromptu, check the company's deed, legal compliance of other companies, will gradually be introduced with our corporate action
7. Handle ad-hoc legal tasks and impromptu assignments as needed

Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Law (Possess Advocate education or having PERADI Licence will be a strong advantage)
• Open to fresh graduates, with up to 2 years of experience in legal roles-particularly in corporate law and capital markets
• Strong understanding of Company Law (UUPT) and Capital Market Regulations is mandatory
• Hands-on experience in contract review and familiarity with the Oss system is a strong advantage
• Knowledgable in professional english language is mandatory
