LEGAL SPECIALIST

JOBDESC:

1. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
2. Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to employee and industrial relations, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements
3. Provide legal advice and guidance to management and HR on employment-related matters, including but not limited to, hiring, termination, discrimination, harassment, and employee contracts
4. Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
5. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation, as necessary
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities, legal matters, and compliance efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Law / Human Resource Management
• Experience 1 Year or More in Legal or Employee & Industrial Relations field
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations and employment practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handie sensitive information with discretion
• Fluent in English is a must
• Able to work at Tangerang City Mall
