JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
2. Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documentation
3. Understand the agreements and contracts related to the company's business and provide legal advice to achieve its business objectives, prepare and review legal documents
4. Prepare corporate actions, such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs)/ Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMS), Board Resolutions, and other relevant documents
5. Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of law from reputable university
• Minimum experience 1-3 years as Corporate Legal, preferably from Power Producer Industry
• Have a broad knowledge and familiarity about energy industry (PPA, O&M, etc)
• Fluent in Business English
• Experienced in handling various legal corporate matters
