LEGAL STAFF

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, but experienced in related field will be beneficial
• Good command in English
• Good command in computer literate
• Have strong negotiation skill, preferably passed PKPA

Responsibility:

1. Drafting & review legal document (i.e. Legal Opinion, Power of Attorney, Statement Letter, etc.) and handling Dispute Settlement
2. Manage & arrange the corporate licenses (i.e. Import & Export, environment, land & building, etc.)
3. Monitor Government regulation / policies
4. Internal meeting arrangement (i.e. BoD Meeting, BoC Meeting, AGMS)
5. Maintain good communication with external stakeholders (i.e. Government, Association, Notary)
