THE PROGRAM

• A management development program which provide career path acceleration for the best graduates to be future leader in sales function. The program consist of in class training, on the job training and direct mentorship from senior management team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Age max 24 years old
• Minimal Bachelor Degree from all major with GPA min. 3.25 from reputable university
• Fast learner, ambitious, proactive, energetic and persistent
• Work well under pressure and have a "Can-Do Attitude"
• Strong negotiation skill
• Have good communication & interpersonal skill
• WILLING TO BE PLACED IN ALL OUR BRANCHES THROUGHOUT INDONESIA
