Responsibilities

1. Responsible for marketing, sales, and growth, of the assigned product portfolio or territory
2. Ensure the realisation of goals together.
3. Grow customer base
4. Look out for new agencies/ distributorships to build on current businesses
5. Suggest R&D projects that could help with product development and positioning of the Business Unit
6. Manages performance through the development and implementation of targeted personnel performance management measures, including constant and efficient performance reviews, giving feedback, coaching, and counselling
7. Drives excellence by providing leadership in the attainment of goals

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary, or in related field. At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the livestock industry
• Required skill(s): interpersonal skills, service mind, people development skill, decision making, building partnership relations
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Will be placed in Medan, North Sumatera
