MEM Maintenance Engineer
Penempatan: PTVI Sorowako

Job Summary

• Perform engineering works, project management task, maintenance and cost analysis, investigation and other action to ensure that equipment are correctly maintained and performing at optimum capability and capacity with the best of economic cost for PTVI investment.

Key Roles and Accountabilities

1. Develop and review maintenance procedure and strategy to ensure that all maintenance work done by MEM is done more safely, more effectively and more efficiently
2. Implement reliability engineering in Mobile Equipment maintenance to ensure that equipment can be operated at optimum capability and capacity
3. Ensure Mobile Equipment and MEM Facilities modification is adequately engineered and approved as PTVI procedures. (The selection, purchase, construction, maintenance, modification, until the demolition process)
4. Ensure maintenance cost of mobile equipment are well managable by preparing, monitoring and analyze all of mobile equipment maintenance cost
5. Ensure and maintain all CMMS are adequately and effectively used and and useful by MEM Role Holders
6. Decide and support initiatives improvement for mobile equipment maintenance to be operating with high reliability and availability to achieve PIVI and Government standard

Requirements

• Education: (S1) All Majors
• Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years experience required to perform your job
• Specify certification:

1. Facilitator (preferred)
2. POP(Pengawas Operasiona Pratama) (Mandatory)
3. CMRP (preferred)
4. NQF4/5 manajemen Perawatan Peralatan Tambang (prefered)
