Mine Plan Supervisor

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Geology
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in same position (supervisor level) in coal mining industry
• Able to make short and mid term mine design / planning
• Able to use Minescape Stratmodel & Open Cut and Mine Scheduling (SPRY/XPAC)
• Understand fleet management and open pit mining sequences
• Understand Geotechnics and hydrology of open pit drainage
• Understand the concept of Good Mining Practice according to Kepmen 1827
• Able to make a geology interpretation and modeling is advantage
• Having a POP, certificate and driving license (SIM A) s prefered
• Willing to be placed or assigned in any site (Central Kalimantan)

Responsibilities :

1. Manage mine planning: Weekly, Monthly up to 3 Months Rolling Plan
2. Interface with the Contractor's planning teams to ensure cut plans and scheduling sequences.align to Mine Design
3. Conduct mining process evaluations from contractors
4. Generate report of mining activities periodically weekly -  monthly
5. Re-optimize.cpal reserves for the sustainability of the mining process
6. Ensure mine designs and plans respect requirements of the Mine Regulations
