OFFICER - TENANT RELATION

Requirements

• Min Bachelor degree any major.
• Good looking & good communication skill.
• Having good skill in Ms. Office  (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
• Ready to work of shifting.
• Fluent in English / Chinese Language.
• Placement at Kelapa Gading.

Job Descriptions

1. Maintain good relations with tenants at the Mall.
2. Serve and resolve tenant complaints.
3. Accompany related parties (internal/external) visits to Tenants.
4. Become a liaison between Tenants and Management.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments in resolving tenant complaints.
6. Make daily/monthly reports.
