Operator Trainer

Job Responsibility

1. Deliver Operator Training to Customer as part of unit selling in the current business
2. Develop training material and resources related to operator training
3. Provide comprehensive Operator Training report and evaluation

Requirements:

• Minimum SMK graduate with 2 years' experience as Operator Trainer or 3 years' experience as Operator.
• Experienced as facilitator or
• Committed and striving for the best
• Good communication, teamwork, and decision making
• Able to plan, organize, facilitate, and assess Training
• Responsible and Responsive
• Open to new challenges
