Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 year experience in organizational development, training, and talent management
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certified in HR, training, or OD is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Bululawang, Malang
