PASTRY CHEF

ABOUT THE ROLE

  1. Leading and training all kitchen colleagues on menu execution and techniques and HACCP
  2. Ensuring adherence to food hygiene practices and health & safety regulations for yourself and the team
  3. Assist in planning and developing pastry menus, including creating new recipes and desserts

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Outstanding Communication Skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
  • Vibrant personality, professional and always well-presented
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work within a team environment
  • The ability to create new and innovative pastry and dessert designs, flavors, and presentations
