People Development Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and improve HR systems and tools based on business process needs and user requirements
2. Design and update the organizational structure, including its supporting components such as Job Descriptions, Performance Management System, and Competency Framework
3. Manage and monitor Man Power Planning (MPP) and track manpower changes
4. Conduct competency mapping and assessment processes for employees across all levels
5. Collect, distribute, and update controlled HR documents, including Business Process Documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Work Instructions (WI)
6. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management Cycle, including KPI Planning, Mid-Year Review, Year-End Review, and Coaching-Counseling sessions
7. Contribute to various people development programs and initiatives

Requirements:

• Formal Education: Min. D3 Information Systems or relevant background
• A minimum of 2 years experience in mining construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ms SQL Server, and programming languages
• Familiar with Organization Design, Job Analysis & Evaluation, Manpower Planning, People Development, and Competency Development
• Willing to be placed in Konawe and all site of Merdeka Group
