Performance Marketing

Requirements:

• Familiarity with social media & google advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc
• Having experience as a Performance Marketing at least 1 years. FMCG and BRAND industry more preferable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with A/B testing, SEO, SEM and performance optimization technique
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging ad content
• Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and motivation to achieve result
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and inanage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop and implement effective paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms (IG, Tik Tok, etc)
2. Create engaging ad content, copy, and visuals to capture the target audience's attention and drive user engagement
3. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI and meet KPIs
4. Collaborate with the other team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features on social media platforms
6. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges within campaigns
