Procurement Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in Procurement field is required for this position
• Proven experience managing supply chain operations
• Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite
• Good interpersonal, communication skill, focus and fast-learner
• Detail oriented, good accuracy in administration and perform teamwork spirit
• Work location: Head Office, West Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Research potential vendors and compare offers from suppliers
2. Review Purchase Requisition (PR) and create Purchase Order (PO), also manage approval process
3. Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information
4. Preparing monthly report
