The Nutrition & Special Foods Division produces and markets specialty foods designed to meet the nutritional needs of expectant and lactating mothers, infants, toddlers, children and adults. Products include cereals, biscuits and puddings for infants and children, cereal snacks for children, cereal drink for young adults, and milk for expectant and lactating mothers. We are looking candidate for:

Procurement Staff (Jakarta)

Qualification:

• Min S1, IPK min 3.00, All Major
• Max 30 years old
• Experience min 1 year in the same position
• Able to operate computer (Ms word and Ms excel)
• Good in negotiation skill
• Fast learner, Responsible, Helpful, and Hardworker
• Honest, Organize, and Conscientious
• Willing to be placed in Sudirman Plaza Indofood Tower Jakarta

Main Responsibilities:

1. Filling document
2. Monitoring Advertising & Promotion (A&P) monthly (request from user, purchase, production, and delivery)
3. Creating receipts with users for making Purchase Orders and other documents
4. Expedition report
