We are looking for

PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEERS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Metallurgical Engineering
• English speaking and comprehension skills
• Presenting and public speaking skills
• Basic understanding of laboratory analytical instruments and their techniques, such as X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) & X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Electron Microscopy (SEM & TEM), and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM)

Responsibilities

1. Communicate with the Principals
2. Create product configurations and base prices
3. Design product improvement programs
4. Coordinate with Sales Engineers and Logistic Officer
5. Arrange marketing events and build marketing plans
6. Become proficient in product knowledge
