Production Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Responsible for medical devices production processes
2. Production team management
3. Collecting data and compiling reports on production
4. Ensure all documentation required for regulatory compliance is completed accurately
5. Conduct a review of the production process to try to identify areas for improvement
6. Communicate intensively with related functions in the company and external partners

Job Requirement:

• At least holding Bachelor degree, with minimum 1 years of similar team leadership working experiences as a production supervisor, preferably majoring in Life Sciences (Medical, Pharmacy, Biology or Biotechnology) or Industrial Technology (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering) Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Good level of analytical thinking, information seeking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Understanding in medical devices production process
• Understanding about GMP, CPAKB and other regulations in medical devices production industry
• Understanding Implementation of SHE basic, and Middle in the work areas
