QHSE

Key Responsibilities

1. Improving HSE management system
2. Conduct HSE Committee Meeting (P2K3), Safety Patrol, and inspections
3. Familiar with HIRADC, PTW, JSA, BBS Implementation, Legal compliance, Safety Audits, KPI (Logging and Leading Indicator)
4. Used to deliver safety training material
5. Preparing CSMS document
6. Managing environmental aspect (IPAL, TPS B3) and Hygiene Industrial Aspect
7. Report QHS aspect to SUDINAKER
8. Responsible for increasing HSE Awareness to all employee
9. Can Lead Emergency Response Team and comply with actual disaster in case with ERP
10. Active and creative to solve any safety problems within the fety Officer

Key Requirements

• Graduated from Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ K3
• Male, Maximum 28 years of age.
• POP certification, AK3 Umum Certification
• Internal auditor certification for 9001, 14001, 45001, understand of ISO 50001
• Strong competencies in Plant Operation Management & HSE Management Standard
• Has working experience in K3 field for over 2 years
• Personality characteristics, strong communication skills
• Other skills (English language, computer, etc); familiar with computer operatión
• Have a valid driving license (SIM A & C)
