Quality Control

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology (or similar) with a minimum of 1-year experience as a Quality Control in the Food & Beverage Industry
• Fresh Graduates with great understanding and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
• Experience in regulated food processing and services with familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
• Experience in gathering, recording, and reporting on operational and quality metrics
• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality systems, food hygiene, and HALAL assurance systems
• Awareness of basic food safety, quality, and compliance standards; with an understanding of continuous improvement programs
• Knowledge of risk assessment and root cause analysis, with the ability to recommend and implement solutions
• Basic data processing and analysis skills via Microsoft Windows and Internet applications
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and within a team; to learn and manage work priorities
• Certified as a Food Safety / HAS Internal Auditor is a plús
• Willing to work in shift hours and will be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang
