QUALITY CONTROL STAFF

Responsibilities:

1. Recommend adjustments to assembly or production processes
2. Checking incoming and outgoing goods
3. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. Determine the cause of product defects and rework
4. Inspect product samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and checking functionality
5. Check that assembly or production lines comply with standard procedures
6. Comply with legal requirements
7. Review blueprints and specifications to compare to manufactured items
8. Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing rework and waste, and entering data into a quality database
9. Train the production team on quality control measures to increase product excellence
10. Monitor the safety of equipment use and discard any that do not meet requirements

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in quality management or related field (Engineering, Business Administration, or Science)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and experience in document control
• Proficient in using computer systems to manage SMM data
• Work placement in Cikarang
