RECRUITMENT STAFF
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience of Psychology, Management or related degree
• At least have 1-2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiar with Psychological Test & BEI
• Familiar with ISO will be a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, organized and detailed
• High integrity and strongwill
• Fast learner and inisiative
• Have safety awareness
• Open for people with disabilities

TRAINING NEED ANALYST
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree of any major.
• At least have 1 year experience in Training/ Learning & Development
• Experience in designing Training Need Analysis
• Have knowledge in design and evaluation training programmes
• Excellent communication and problem solving skill
• Strong critical and analytical thinking
• High integrity and strongwill:
• Have safety awareness
• Open for people with disabilities

APPLICATION DEVELOPER
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree of Information Technology or related
• Having knowledge in Java Spring/ Laravel, Flutter/React, HTML, CSS. Have experience using it will be advantage.
• Minimum 2. years experience as front end developer/mobile apps developer
• Analytical, systematic and logical thinking
• Able to work in team and working under pressure
• Fast learner and flexible.
• Have safety awareness.
• Open for people with disabilites
