Regional Service Head

Responsibilites

1. Provide comprehensive service support for Volvo - SDLG machinery products in the responsibility area
2. Supervise, assist and provides necessary management, training, or other support to improve Branch's after sales service quality
3. Build a solid communication and understanding to all customer in the area for further collaboration

Requirements

• Diploma Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or other related
• More than 7 years experience in mining industry as Service Head, managing service operation
• Have a solid technical background (Engine, Hydraulic, Transmission & Auto Electric)
• Have experience in Heavy Equipment Dealer is preferred
• Good technical knowledge, leadership, and coordination skill Proficient in English, Both Spoken and Written
• Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta (Cilincing)
