Regulatory Affair Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of regulatory affairs experience in pharmaceutical, traditional medicine, food supplement, or cosmetic industries
• Strong knowledge of product registration regulations for food supplements, traditional medicine, health supplements, cosmetics, and PKRT (household health supplies)
• Familiarity with GMP-CPKB, GMP-CPOTB, GMP-HACCP, and Halal Assurance Systems
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Positive attitude and a passion for the food supplement and cosmetic industry

Job Description:

1. Manage product registration for food supplements, health supplements, traditional medicine, cosmetics, and PKRT
2. Prepare and maintain complete Product Information Files (PIF)
3. Ensure compliance with updated regulations and packaging requirements
4. Handle HALAL and other necessary certifications
5. Verify raw material conformity to BPOM and LPPOM standards. Ensure legal, statutory, and regulatory compliance
