Regulatory Export Specialist
Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring that a company's products comply with the regulations export product
  2. Keeping up to date with international legislation, guidelines and customer practices in all countries that the company is exporting to; collecting, collating and evaluating scientific data that has been researched by colleagues
  3. Preparing submissions of license variations and renewals to strict deadlines
  4. Monitoring the development process related to the product under the exported product pipeline
  5. Monitoring and setting timelines for license variations and renewal approvals
  6. Negotiating with regulatory authorities for marketing authorization
  7. Handle quality assurance compliance for overseas such as complaint, recall, return, inspection
  8. Ensure JAKIM halal registration

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology min GPA 3,00
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in International Regulatory Affairs (for Export)
  • Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
  • Responsible to generate regulatory strategies to support business strategies and market access
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi

Manufacture Execellent Specialist
Responsibilities

  1. Observing processes and develop improvement plans at PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar
  2. Collaborating with other departments for improvement projects until the implementation stage
  3. Monitoring the progress of improvement projects and assess their effectiveness in a measurable way
  4. Process analysis reports

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Information System, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related min GPA 3,00
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related fields (preferred experience in the Food Industry or Manufacturing)
  • Comprehend Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
  • Enjoys challenges, goal-oriented, hard-working, critical thinker, creative, and innovative
  • Proficient in using computers, particularly Microsoft Visio
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi

PPIC Assistant Manager
Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for planning production according to demand while maintaining inventory levels according to standards
  2. Ensure the conformity of actual production output with production targets, and ensure that subsequent plans are made in accordance with these results
  3. Responsible for preparing raw material procurement plans based on forecasts through monitoring stock conditions of goods to be produced
  4. Create a Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure its achievement
  5. Develop an action plan in the event of dead stock of raw materials, supporting materials and finished goods, as well as ensuring the implementation and evaluation of the actions that have been taken

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's (S1) in Industrial Engineering
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience as PPIC Assistant Manager in the F&B / FMCG îndustry
  • Have experience using SAP and MS Excel, and have a good understanding of SCM
  • Have good leadership, communication, analysis, problem solving, planning & organizing skills
  • Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi

Supervisor Tax
Responsibilities

  1. Able to review and/or prepare Tax Reconciliation, PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 26 & PPN
  2. Review and/or prepare the monthly tax compliances and monthly tax returns
  3. Check tax invoices, proof of withholding income tax to ensure that the entire payment and reporting process is in accordance with applicable tax regulations
  4. Make updates on the latest tax regulations to ensure that all tax processes that are applied have followed the latest regulations
  5. Support in tax review, tax audit, tax refund, tax appeal and tax litigation

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's (S1) majoring in Accountancy / Taxation
  • Min. 3-5 years of Taxation Experience
  • Having excellent knowledge of tax regulation & calculation
  • Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
