RnD Staff

Requirement:

• Male/Female with max age 33 year-old
• Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Biotechnology
• Min 1-2 years working experience as R&D in a Personal Care Industry, especially for Skin Care or Cosmetic product
• Good English language skill
• Willing to work in Tangerang Banten area

Responsibilities:

1. Research and development in product
2. Use chemical knowledge to perform product development
3. Lead and coordinate new products and processes development projects
4. Evaluate existing products and processes to meet customer requirements
5. Work closely with the Sales team to maintain the quality of product and to follow up request from the customer
