RND Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum education S1 Pharmacist or Chemistry
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in R&D or Formulation, especially cosmetics
• Preferably specialized in cosmetic product development process (Skincare, Bodycare, Decorative)
• Knowledge about cosmetic trends, formulation needs analysis, research, product / sample trials, and production process
• Specialized in the use of laboratory instruments, testing and sample making processes
• Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP, GDP, SJH, SMK3, CPKB and BPOM, GLP
• Have a good sensory taste about cosmetic products
• Strong analysis skills & good problem solving
• Have integrity, able to work together as a team, work load management, and good interpersonal communication skills
